Need to Cancel?
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.
Sexton & Co is a very popular Hair Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily. All new clients to us are required to come to the salon 48 hours before their appointment to have a allergy test. This is protect you! Any client arriving for a coloring service without a upto date allergy test will be refused service and may have to pay a charge.
Regular clients allergy tests are renuied every 6 months.
